General Project Description

This project involves the removal of one corrugated metal pipe (CMP) within a levee embankment, along with all necessary excavation, backfill, and compaction. The scope includes minor grading for ingress/egress from State Route 45, restoration of the levee roadway, installation of an access gate, and general site restoration to pre-project conditions. Materials will be imported via truck. Post-construction activities include site cleanup, hydroseeding, installation of chain-link fencing, and implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs) for erosion and sediment control using standards from the ABAG manual. All work must conform to specified lines, grades, and dimensions from drawings or as established by the District Engineer.
