General Project Description

This Off-System Roadway Rehabilitation project for the Town of Paradise, co-funded by FEMA, involves comprehensive roadway improvements. The scope includes roadway excavation, asphalt concrete overlay, full depth recycling, application of Type II slurry seal, clearing and grubbing, and the removal and construction of various concrete elements such as curbs, gutters, curb ramps, sidewalks, and driveways. The contractor will also be responsible for adjusting drainage facilities, monuments, and utilities to grade, as well as signing, striping, and other incidental construction items specified in the project plans. The work requires coordination with ongoing utility undergrounding projects in the area.
