General Project Description

The Vallejo City Unified School District is seeking proposals from experienced Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to develop and implement an energy services program focused on energy efficiency improvements across various District facilities. The selected ESCO will perform ASHRAE Level 2 energy audits, propose specific energy conservation measures (ECMs), assist with data analysis and benchmarking, and provide turnkey implementation of selected projects, including all necessary permits, engineering, installation, commissioning, training, and warranty services. The goal is to achieve long-term cost savings through reduced energy use, upgrade inefficient systems, and improve technology utilization.
