General Project Description

The project involves providing preconstruction and construction services for the modernization of Jesse Bethel High School Fields. The scope includes site work, installation of new track and field surfaces, new synthetic turf for existing baseball and softball fields, installation of bleachers (maximum 5 rows at each location), a new scoreboard, and the construction of a new restroom building ('U') adjacent to the fields, including power connection from building ('S').
