General Project Description

The City of Calimesa is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide comprehensive professional design services for the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing 8,065 square-foot former bank building into a new City Hall facility. The project aims to consolidate municipal operations, support current staffing, accommodate projected growth, provide public-facing spaces, and reflect adaptive reuse. The selected firm will provide initial assessment, space programming, construction documents (100%), bidding support, and construction management services, including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, IT infrastructure, physical security, AV/IT systems, and site/landscape design, with a focus on ADA compliance and specific functional area requirements.
