Work is to be performed near 425 Mission St suite 250, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA in San Francisco County.
General Project Description
The Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) is soliciting bids for physical security systems maintenance, installation, service, and integration services for the Salesforce Transit Center. The selected contractor will collaborate with TJPA’s Security Management Team to provide ongoing support for existing major systems, including Lenel On-Guard Access Control, Hexagon dC3 Video Management System, Alertus Emergency Communication System, Stentofon IP-based Emergency Call Boxes, Rath IP-based Area of Refuge Call Boxes, and the VMWARE platform hosting the Alertus server. Key tasks encompass system status review, thorough system testing (access doors, intrusion controls, video access monitoring, emergency phones, intercoms), detailed system inspection (camera clarity, card reader devices, secure mounting), regular server and systems health checks (automated/manual backups, event logs, data integrity, time synchronization), management of security systems programming and integration, and the purchase and installation of hardware as directed. The contract will be for a three-year base term, with the option for two one-year extensions, totaling five years.
