General Project Description

The Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) is seeking proposals for full-service property management services. This project entails comprehensive management of occupied commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties acquired for The Portal (Downtown Rail Extension (DTX)) component of the Transbay Program in San Francisco. The scope includes finance and document management (lease administration, accounting, financial reporting, vendor agreements) and property management operations (oversight of onsite personnel, maintenance coordination, inspections, tenant relations, minor tenant improvements like painting/flooring, fire-life safety, ADA compliance, vertical circulation maintenance, and emergency response). All services must adhere to federal and state laws, regulations, rules, and policy directives.
