General Project Description
The project involves comprehensive monthly water treatment, chemical supply, and semi-annual cleaning for the building's critical cooling and heating infrastructure within HACLA's facilities. The primary goal is to prevent scale, corrosion, and biological growth (specifically Legionella) and maintain peak equipment efficiency. Work includes chemical management, water chemistry analysis, equipment calibration, biological testing for open and closed-loop systems (cooling towers, chillers, boilers), semi-annual tower cleaning, and detailed reporting.
