General Project Description
The Torrance Unified School District (TUSD) is seeking competitive proposals for bundled internet access services. The project involves providing 10 Gbps internet access, including all necessary costs from "curb to demarc" to deliver the service hand-off to the Owner's Local Area Network. The service must be available 24/7/365, route all TCP/IP data traffic, and maintain connections to multiple Tier 1 internet service providers. The successful bidder will be responsible for all on-site premise equipment as an integral part of the service. Work will commence after contract execution and availability of E-rate funds in fiscal year 2026. The project is contingent upon funding approval from the USAC's Schools and Libraries E-Rate Program.
