General Project Description
This project involves selective demolition and construction for the Vina Danks Middle School site restoration. The scope includes new parking lot and athletic field improvements, demolition, renovation, and associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. Specific activities include new finishes, adaptive re-use, cabinetry, handicap accessibility retrofits, re-roofing, HVAC additions, and modifications to infrastructure utilities. The contract terms are lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum).
