General Project Description

This project involves the demolition, removal, and replacement of the damaged netting system and chain link fencing at the Arroyo Seco Golf Course's 13th hole along Lohman Lane in South Pasadena, CA. The work includes removing existing metal posts, foundations, approximately 5,400 SF of netting, and approximately 1,200 SF of chain link fencing. New installations will include a 230 LF netting system and 200 LF of 6-ft high chain link fence. The contractor is responsible for providing stamped plans for new netting system post spacing, foundation and reinforcement design, and tensioning anchor locations for review and a no-fee permit from the South Pasadena Building and Safety.
