Caloptima is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Fire Panel Installation at a Ten-Story Commercial Office Building, identified under Solicitation ID: 26-021. Work is to be performed near 505 City Pkwy W, Orange, CA 92868, USA in Orange County.

General Project Description

CalOptima is soliciting quotes from a fire protection contractor for the installation of a new fire panel in a ten-story commercial office building. The project involves migrating an existing Edwards EST3 fire alarm control system to an EST4 platform, furnishing and installing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to complete a fire alarm and supervisory system in compliance with all codes, and maintaining existing systems in operation throughout the upgrade. The contractor is responsible for site management, labor, equipment, materials, permits, and ensuring compliance with prevailing wage laws and DIR requirements.
