General Project Description

This project involves the exterior preparation, priming, and painting of the El Segundo District Offices. The scope includes surfaces such as exterior plaster walls, canopies, columns and beams, handrails, metal and wood louvers, ducts, conduit, unistrut, ornamental fencing, and gates. The work also entails sandblasting existing murals to restore the original brick finish and may involve lead and asbestos abatement. Protection of brick façades, pre-finished aluminum windows, and pre-finished galvanized structures in place is required throughout the work.
