General Project Description

The Board of Trustees of the California State University is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified general contractors to provide design-build and construction manager services with lump sum pricing for the design, preconstruction, and construction of multiple projects under a master enabling agreement. The contract has an initial three-year term with potential extensions up to a maximum of seven years. The work involves various project types across the California State University, San Bernardino and Palm Desert campuses.
