General Project Description

This project involves a partial interior renovation of the Echo Horizon School's Multipurpose Hall, covering 3000 square feet, and a 500 square foot Stage area. The scope includes general interior upgrades and modifications to these spaces. This is a private, non-prevailing wage project with no Project Stabilization Agreement/Project Labor Agreement (PSA/PLA). Payment and Performance bonds are required for subcontracts over $500,000 or at Illig's discretion.
