General Project Description

This project entails the replacement of kitchen equipment at Sespe E.S. and San Cayetano E.S. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and utility and transportation services, and completing all work in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The scope specifically includes work by mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) subcontractors. Key responsibilities also include adherence to building codes (including Title 24), noise control measures during construction, site cleanup, and compliance with Division of the State Architect (DSA) approval processes.
