Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, STATION NETWORK MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES, identified under Solicitation ID: IT-PS-25-003. Work is to be performed near 5401 Old Redwood Hwy N ste 200, Petaluma, CA 94954, USA in Sonoma County.

General Project Description

The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide ongoing management and maintenance support for its Station Network. This network facilitates data, voice, and video transmission from station devices (such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Ticket Vending Machines, Security Cameras, Station Wi-Fi, Realtime Signs, and Public Address systems) to the SMART Data Center via a fiber optic backbone. The contract will have a 3-year base term with one 2-year option to extend. The scope includes a structured transition from the incumbent service provider, 24/7/365 planned station network management and maintenance, on-call support services for new hardware provisioning, upgrades, and emergency patching, and management of Cisco SmartNet licensing and services for all covered devices.
