General Project Description

This project involves the construction of a new bus shelter, including a reinforced concrete bus pad, and the installation of red brick pavers at 467 East High Street. The scope includes the fabrication and installation of the bus shelter structure (structural frame, roof system, glazing or paneling, weather-resistant finishes), a matching bench, trash receptacles, and a bus stop signpost. Associated site work comprises demolition of existing sidewalk and pavement, excavation, grading, sub-base preparation, installation of required footings and anchor hardware, and compliance with ADA requirements and City standards. The project also requires mobilization, traffic control, construction surveying, stormwater pollution control, and tree/plant protection.
