Spec: Heavy hand water, 4-inch scarify to turn up material, 4-5 inch 80 lbs. deep nail drag to break up material, final Pro Grade Screen Drag for compaction; filling of all low spots in and around bases, heavy water for compacting low spots, add conditioner into skin to provide top level playing conditions. Use JV FIELD DuraEdge Conditioner as needed.

Spec: Re-establishment of all edges, removal of encroaching grass from Outfield, re-establishment of new Infield/Outfield Arc, re-cut baselines on Baseball Field, sod cut to new arc, labor to move root zone into bin for disposal, backfill of lips using current infield mix; ensure Baseball and Softball Fields include sod as needed.
Quantity: 400 lbs/acre Unit: LBS/ACRE Work Item: Fertilization of all grass fields. Spec: Applying 15-15-15 fertilizer.
