SWEETWATER UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Montgomery Middle School 100 Building Roof Coating Project, identified under Solicitation ID: 26-2984-DP. Work is to be performed near 642 Arizona St, Chula Vista, CA 91911, USA in San Diego County.
General Project Description
This project involves establishing a term contract for roof coating work on the 100 building at Montgomery Middle School. The scope includes furnishing all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision for necessary operations. Key tasks involve the removal of loose gravel, removal and reinstallation of Reglet counter flashing with a fluid applied membrane system, addition of 4” counter flashing under drip edges, preparation and repair of existing roofing, HVAC ducting, and other metal work, application of Neptune coatings’ Wetsuit 2-Part Fluid Applied Membrane and Reflex HPW System to all roofing system components including parapet walls, HVAC ductwork, HVAC pans, gravity vents, smoke vent doors, and coping metal, and installation of Yellow Spaghetti walking pad material from roof access areas to and around HVAC mechanical systems. The project timeline is from May 1, 2026, through July 20, 2026.

- Quantity: - Unit: - Work Item: Apply Neptune coating’s Wetsuit 2-Part Fluid Applied Membrane or approved equal to all roofing system components including all sides of parapet wall’s vertical faces up to coping metal, all sides of exposed HVAC ductwork, top of HVAC pans, gravity vents, smoke vent doors, and top of coping metal.

- Quantity: 1 Unit: LS Work Item: Allowance A to cover unanticipated concealed existing conditions repair/replacement. Specifications: Not to Exceed $25,000.00.
