General Project Description

Yuba Water Agency is seeking a Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) Contractor for final design and construction services for the Daguerre Point Dam (DPD) Nature Like Fishway Project. The project involves constructing a new Natural-Like Fishway Channel for fish passage, building upstream, downstream, and main floodplain embankments, decommissioning existing South Canal Diversion (SCD) intake facilities, installing new SCD intake plate screen facilities with an air burst cleaning system and control building, constructing new SCD buried pipelines from the intake to an outlet structure, building new access roads and a bridge to Daguerre Point, restoring floodplain areas along the south channel of the Yuba River, and excavating a spillway channel.
