General Project Description

The Yuba County Water Agency is seeking qualified and California State licensed contractors to provide general facilities maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis. Services will include routine and preventative maintenance tasks, general building repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, fencing, exterior lighting), emergency response, minor renovations, and miscellaneous activities like graffiti removal, signage, and ADA compliance repairs across various public work facilities. The selected contractor will operate under a Master Service Agreement with task orders issued for specific work.
