General Project Description
This project involves district-wide painting for the River Delta Unified School District across multiple school and facility locations within Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo Counties, California. The work is subject to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) formal bidding procedures. Contract award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder's base bid for each site, though bidders are not required to bid on all sites to be eligible for award. Contractors are required to comply with prevailing wage laws and perform at least 15% of the work with their own forces, exclusive of supervisory and clerical work.
