General Project Description

The City of American Canyon is soliciting proposals for professional consulting services to manage the renewal of its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit and conduct a Local Limits Assessment. The scope includes hosting kick-off meetings, developing regulatory strategies, compiling and submitting the Report of Waste Discharge, conducting dilution studies, performing Reasonable Potential Analysis (RPA) for effluent limits, addressing regulatory issues, reviewing draft orders, developing hearing strategies, and creating a deliverables list upon permit adoption. For the Local Limits Assessment, tasks involve reviewing existing data, developing a Local Limits Review for submittal to the Regional Board, calculating local limits, preparing reports, and suggesting Municipal Code revisions if required.
