General Project Description

The Trustees of The California State University seek qualified contractors and service providers to establish a prequalification pool for future Minor Capital Projects on the Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Campus and/or the Cal Poly Solano Campus. Projects will range in value from $5,000.00 up to $1,103,000, or the applicable Minor Capital Project limit. The general work includes removing, replacing, repairing, remodeling, renovating, constructing, and maintaining various elements such as demolition, site improvements, flooring, walls, doors, door hardware, glazing, painting, wall decorating, lathing, plastering, roofing, sheet metal, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, telecommunications systems, audio/video systems, radio and communications systems, security systems, surveillance systems, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, and signage.
