General Project Description

This project involves asphalt and concrete work at various school sites within the Redlands Unified School District. The general scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, and services for construction. Specific work items include the removal and replacement of concrete walks, removal and replacement of driveway approaches (at Victoria Elementary School, requiring city permit), replacement of tree rings at designated school sites, and removal and replacement of water lines at designated school sites. The contractor is responsible for determining all quantities and measurements as the work is an on-call unit price bid.
