General Project Description
The City of Clayton (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed engineering firms to provide comprehensive, on-call professional engineering services. The selected Consultant will support the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP), land development functions, permitting, assessment district administration, special district formation, stormwater compliance, and general municipal engineering needs. The consultant will act as an extension of staff in roles such as City Engineer, Development Review Engineer, Assessment District Engineer, or Special District Engineer, through task assignments.
