General Project Description
This bid is for the purchase and supply of various HVAC filters for use throughout the Anaheim Union High School District. The contract will be for an initial one-year term, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms. The successful bidder will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to deliver the HVAC filters to the district's warehouse or other specified sites, on an F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed basis. Orders are anticipated to be placed multiple times per year with deliveries expected within seven business days of receipt of order, and the contract allows for the purchase of additional filters and services on an as-needed basis.
