General Project Description

The project involves the replacement of existing evaporator and condenser coils on three commercial rooftop HVAC units at Anaheim High School. The scope includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services for the removal of existing coils and the installation of new ones, ensuring proper operation in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes. Key tasks encompass site inspection, verification of unit details, refrigerant recovery, coil removal and installation for both evaporator and condenser units, replacement of associated components like thermal expansion valves and liquid line driers, pressure testing, refrigerant system services, startup, commissioning, and final operational adjustments. Crane or rigging services are to be included if needed. Legal disposal of old coils and materials, jobsite cleanup, and adherence to OSHA safety requirements are also part of the scope.
