General Project Description
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks a qualified service provider to perform routine and corrective maintenance, inspections, and follow-up repairs on various HVAC equipment across multiple facilities. The scope includes monthly mechanical inspections, lubrication of fan bearings, belt checks/adjustments/changes, coil cleaning/power washing, filter inspections/changes, and 24-hour emergency services, along with the provision of other materials and parts as needed. The contract will run for an initial 3-year term, with potential for two additional one-year renewals.
