Olivehurst Public Utility District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, OPUD Pump Stations and Pipelines (Contract No. 2), identified under Solicitation ID: C-06-8753-110. Work is to be performed near 1966 9th Ave, Olivehurst, CA 95961, USA in Yuba County.
General Project Description
This project involves the modification of an existing pump station, construction of a new pump station, and installation of new 12-inch to 36-inch force mains, including six trenchless crossings and boring under HWY 65 & 70. The scope also includes connecting to existing pump stations, establishing a final connection point at the OPUD wastewater treatment plant (via manhole replacement), constructing two automatic control valve stations, installing pump controls, instrumentation, and electrical work. Additionally, the project encompasses all site improvements, landscaping, drainage improvements, temporary controls, erosion control, traffic control, and all necessary permitting to construct a complete and operational system. The contractor is responsible for providing adequate sheeting, shoring, and bracing for excavations exceeding five feet.
