General Project Description
The State of California Department of General Services (DGS) Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking services for the maintenance and repair of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems located at State Capitol (Building #001) and Swing Space (Building #034) in Sacramento, CA. The scope of work encompasses quarterly and semi-annual preventive maintenance, as well as foreseeable, unforeseeable, and emergency repair services, including parts replacement and technical support. All services must adhere to manufacturer's standards and California Building Standards Code.
