General Project Description
The Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD) is procuring Fire Life Safety (FLS) maintenance and repair services for state property. The project involves preventive maintenance, testing, repairs, and technical support services for FLS equipment located at the March Fong Eu Secretary of State (Building #036) in Sacramento, California. Services must comply with California Code of Regulations, Title 24, California Building Standards Codes, and current adopted versions of NFPA 25, NFPA 72, and NFPA 2001 standards. The agreement has an anticipated 36-month term with rates staying in effect for the entire period.
