General Project Description
The Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking a contractor to provide WON Door Maintenance services, including preventive maintenance and repair services for three (3) WON Fire Doors located at the CalEPA Building #024 in Sacramento, California. The work includes annual fire door inspections in compliance with NFPA 80, covering damage inspection, lubrication, smoke seal inspection and replacement, drive train inspection, Underwriter Laboratory (UL) rating compliance, program logic board inspection, fire mode verification, and door jamb inspection. Repair services will be provided as needed, and the contract is anticipated for a three-year term.
