General Project Description

The State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD) is soliciting bids for comprehensive Roll-up Door maintenance and repair services on state property. The project involves providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials for annual preventive maintenance and both foreseeable and unforeseeable repair services for various roll-up doors and operators. The work will be performed at the Franchise Tax Board campus in Sacramento, CA, and potentially other statewide locations. Services include inspecting and maintaining components such as end locks, guides, shafts, curtains, roller bearings, chains, springs, safety edges, and ensuring proper door operation, with replacement of worn or inoperable parts as needed.
