General Project Description

The State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD), is procuring services for window glass replacement at the East End Complex (Buildings 049, 051, 052, 053, and 054). The project involves providing all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace broken window panels with new windows and seals. This also includes restoring glass exteriors with seals and glass to provide weather protection and building enclosure, along with providing any necessary lift equipment for glass repair services, off-site disposal of waste, and a one-time mirror installation. Contractor is responsible for permits, safe disposal, and adherence to building codes.
