General Project Description

The project involves providing comprehensive Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler System maintenance, monitoring, and repair services for equipment at the Ronald Reagan Building in Los Angeles, California. The scope includes 24/7 fire life safety alarm monitoring through a UL-certified Central Monitoring Station, annual preventive maintenance for both fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems as per NFPA standards and California building codes, both foreseeable and unforeseeable repair services including emergency repairs, and technical support services.
