General Project Description
The Camrosa Water District is seeking a qualified Professional Consulting Firm to provide updates for its existing Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for its potable water system. This work is mandated by the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) section 1433, as amended by the America's Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) section 2013, which requires community water systems serving over 3,300 people to complete and certify these plans. The project scope encompasses assessing the District's pipelines, reservoirs, pump stations, wells, and treatment facilities, focusing on physical security, cybersecurity, response to natural hazards and malevolent acts, and detection strategies. The consultant will also be responsible for drafting and facilitating the submission of certification letters to the USEPA.
