General Project Description

This project entails providing comprehensive landscape maintenance and lighting services for the Burchell Hill Landscape Lighting and Maintenance Districts in the City of Oakdale. The scope includes weekly services for two parks, two trails, and all park strips within the district, along with unscheduled/extra work such as general gardening, specialized irrigation repairs, and emergency calls. Key tasks encompass mowing, chemical and mechanical edging, trash removal, tree lifting and pruning, plant/groundcover maintenance, irrigation system repair and adjustment, fertilization, turf aeration, vertical mowing, chemical weed abatement, leaf removal, tree staking, and stump grinding. Contractor is responsible for site inspections, adhering to specified maintenance schedules, and complying with all local, state, and federal regulations, including prevailing wage laws and safety standards.
