General Project Description
The City of Oakland’s Project and Grant Management Division (PGMD) seeks a qualified consultant team to conduct energy assessments and audits for 25 to 30 City-owned facilities and building sites. This project is funded through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program. The work involves performing on-site audits, analyzing facility energy data, identifying energy efficiency, resilience, and electrification opportunities, and providing recommendations to optimize energy performance. Deliverables include energy assessment reports, facility energy assessment plans, customized energy roadmaps with cost estimates and timelines, and implementation support materials.
