General Project Description

This project involves pavement maintenance and improvements at various locations within Oceanside, California, for fiscal year 2025-26. The scope of work includes refreshing existing and/or installing new crosswalks, limit lines, legends, sharrows, and arrows. It also requires the installation of bike lanes and centerline pavement markings, removal of existing striping, and installation of parking markings. The work entails traffic signalization, sign removal, and installation, along with various types of thermoplastic and paint applications on roadways.
