General Project Description
The City of Oceanside is seeking proposals from consulting firms to provide on-call and as-needed design support services for various Capital Improvement Projects and Land Development projects. These services span multiple technical disciplines, including architectural and landscape architectural design, civil engineering and drafting, electrical engineering, environmental and biological services, and water resource engineering. Consultants will act as an extension of the City's Engineering Division, providing technical advice, design, and regulatory compliance support. Services will be arranged via individual Task Orders under a master contract, with an hourly rate schedule provided by the consultant.
