General Project Description

The City of Oceanside is requesting proposals from consulting firms to provide on-call and as-needed professional engineering support services for its Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Land Development projects. Consultants will act as an extension of the City's Engineering Division, providing technical advice, project delivery team support, and various engineering reviews and management services. The services are categorized into Project Management & Construction Management, Construction Inspection/Observation, Structural Engineering Review, Design & Construction Surveying and Survey Plan Review, Stormwater and Water Quality Plan Review, Geotechnical Engineering & Plan Review, and Land Development Plan Review Support Services.
