General Project Description
This project is a Job Order Contract (JOC) for Elevator Services, procured as a competitively bid, firm fixed-price indefinite quantity contract. The work generally consists of repair or other repetitive tasks related to elevator systems across various County facilities and properties, excluding new construction. Work will be ordered through individual Job Orders based on unit prices defined in an online Construction Task Catalog (CTC) and adjusted by proposer-submitted factors for normal and other-than-normal working hours. The contract requires compliance with California Building Code and other relevant codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
