General Project Description
This project involves establishing a Job Order Contract (JOC) for Asbestos & Decontamination Services for the County of Orange, OC Public Works. It is a competitively bid, firm fixed-price indefinite quantity contract for repair or other repetitive work, excluding new construction. Work will be ordered through individual Job Orders as needed, drawing upon pre-priced tasks from an online Construction Task Catalog®. The contract encompasses all labor, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, vehicles, and transportation services required for asbestos and hazardous material management and remediation, with project-specific scopes defined at the Job Order level.
