Orange County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Invitation for Bid for Mold Remediation Services, identified under Solicitation ID: IFB # IFB-060-2986801-AM. Work is to be performed near 320 N Flower St, Santa Ana, CA 92703, USA in Orange County.
General Project Description
This project involves providing as-needed mold remediation services for various facilities operated by the Orange County Sheriff's Department. The scope includes inspection, assessment, testing, containment, removal, corrective repairs, alterations, replacement, cleanup, moisture control, drying, verification, documentation, tagging, record keeping, certification, and reporting on mold, contaminants, and other pollutants. The contractor must comply with County standards, State, Federal, and local laws, including EPA Mold Remediation Guidelines, ANSI/IICRC S520 (Standard for Professional Mold Remediation), and OSHA Guidelines for Mold Exposure. Emergency services are required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The contractor may also provide engineering and design services for new or failing County systems/equipment and recommended remediation for different fungal conditions.
