Work is to be performed near 601 N Ross St, Santa Ana, CA 92701, USA in Orange County.
General Project Description
This contract involves the provision of Modular Wetland System and Detention Basin Maintenance/Filter Replacement Services for Orange County. The scope includes semi-annual inspection and cleaning of screening devices in the Pre-Treatment Chamber, removal of accumulated pollutants and sediment from Separation Chambers, pressure washing of walls and cartridge filters, and replacement of cartridge filter media and drain down filter media as needed. For detention basins, services include semi-annual inspection of contributing drainage area inlets and sediment depths, checking pipe penetrations, and assessing the general interior condition and physical movement of modules. The contractor is responsible for proper disposal of all collected debris, trash, organics, media, and sediment in accordance with regulatory agency specifications, providing maintenance inspection records, and submitting supplemental proposals for additional services as requested by the County. Services must comply with relevant Stormwater Permits, Drainage Area Management Plans (DAMP), and Best Management Practices (BMPs).
