General Project Description

This project involves providing routine quarterly and as-needed potable water and wastewater inspection and testing services for various Orange County Sheriff's Department (OCSD) facilities throughout Orange County, CA. The scope includes testing for disinfectants, disinfectant byproducts, inorganic chemicals, microorganisms, organic chemicals, radionuclides, solids, nutrients, physical properties, and other impact parameters, all using EPA accepted methods and adhering to County, State, Federal, and Local laws and regulatory requirements. Emergency services must be available 24/7/365, with rapid response times. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, transportation, PPE, and submitting detailed reports and scheduled service proposals.
