General Project Description
The project is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for plumbing services for the County of Orange, OC Public Works. The scope of work involves providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, vehicles, and transportation services for plumbing services at various County-owned, operated, or maintained facilities or properties. Work will be assigned via individual Job Orders, in accordance with the Construction Task Catalog® (CTC) and potentially negotiated Non-Pre-Priced (NPP) tasks, and all applicable codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
