General Project Description
This project involves establishing a Job Order Contract (JOC) for Elevator Services for the County of Orange. The selected contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, vehicles, and transportation services for a range of elevator-related services. The work will be specified through individual Job Orders, utilizing a Construction Task Catalog® and potentially Non-Pre-Priced Tasks, as determined by the County Project Manager. The contract term is one year with options for two additional one-year extensions.
